We have 4 Price packages: Depending on the number of content pages and products

1. Basic eCommerce: R650 per hour:  WordPress [woocommerce] and Joomla [virtuemart]: Up to 20 Products & 1-3 Content Pages. Also includes maintenance, updates [upload products, text/images, and small fixes to your online shop. 
2. Standard eCommerce: R750 per hour - Wordpress [woocommerce], Joomla [virtuemart], Shopify, Magenta, Prestashop] - Variant products. Up to 50 Products & 1-5 Content Pages: this also includes maintenance, updates [upload products, text/images, and small fixes to your online shop.
3. Premium eCommerce:  R950 per hour - WordPress [woocommerce], Joomla [virtuemart], Shopify, Magenta, Prestashop] - Variant products. Variant products too. Up to 200 products + up to 10 content pages: this also includes maintenance, updates [upload products, text/images, and small fixes to your online shop.
4. Platinum eCommerce: R1150 per hour - WordPress [woocommerce], Joomla [virtuemart], Shopify, Magenta, Prestashop] - Variant products. Variant products too. Up to 200 - 500 products + up to 20 content pages: this also includes maintenance, updates [upload products, text/images, and small fixes to your online shop 

Monthly 1-hour Retainer for eCommerce sites Includes:

• eCommerce - Upload products [all images | text] supplied by the client
• Check and repair security and website issues
• Changes to content and landing pages
• Updating the scripts running in the back end of your website
• Update Plugin / Component on your site
• Check and fix Broken Links 
• Bug / Error fixing
• Quarterly Back-Up of website and database

WordPress woocommerce, We fix issues and provide maintenance support: Including payment Gateway, Shipping rules, template errors, woocomerce bug fixes.

Joomla Vitruemart: we fix any kind of normal and cosmetic issues for Virtuemart-based e-commerce website: payment gateways, shipping rules, fatal error, database connection issues, upload file issues, form post issue, design issues,theme issues, and or template issues

• Extra hours to be discussed with the client before starting the project
• Client supply login to FTP and website backend
• Back-ups only if we have Cpanel access
• Client supplies all images, text, and or products to be uploaded
• Support Hours: 9 am – 5 pm on weekdays
• From R550 per hour on standard website maintenance and management
• From R650 per hour on e-commerce website maintenance and management
• From R850 per hour on PHP or any coding and expert-building work 
• Client to be invoiced for new widgets/plugins/components/theme needed
• Client to be invoiced if there is any additional cost to update existing themes/widgets/plugins/components needed.
• No SEO Included on Web Maintenance Packages
